The I-M Mine Property is a past producing high-grade property near Grass Valley, California, United States, which it owns outright through its wholly owned Nevada subsidiary, Rise Grass Valley Inc. (Rise Grass Valley). The I-M Mine Property is private land which covers approximately 175 acres of surface land and approximately 2600 acres of private mineral rights. The I-M Mine Property surface rights include three parts of fee simple land, Idaho land representing 56 acres (23 hectares), Brunswick land representing 37 acres (15 hectares), and the Mill Site property representing 82 acres (33 hectares). The I-M Mine Property consists of parcels of surface land located in portions.

RE:feasibility study and financing required Before investing in  this,  one should research  Mr  Mossmans  track record  in  northern  BC    when  he ran   Banks  Island   into  bankrupty   and  got   into  other trouble  for   breaking  mines act  regulations as well as   causing  environmental  damage.
