RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SOTU address tonight100% agree that Trip is a horrible CEO and Rebecca is equaly bad IR. He has never delivered any promises or forecasts.

The company is completely different from 5 years ago, not going to waste my time listing things. Theoretically in better shape but that is just theory. 

My guess is the PP went to the exact same investors as last time at a discount to soften the blow of them getting so ripped off by the pump that was the last PP. 

When will management get their shyt together?
