RE:RE:Case for Mine Expansion

RE:RE:Case for Mine Expansion
  • According to the Downstream Opportunity that LB presented recently at the IIF requested 3000t of WO3 per annum, for battery production and tungsten hexafloride for chip manufacturing.
  • LB also stated that the S.Korean Gov't and Samsumg, etc were investing $420B US to increase the production of semiconductors over the next 8 years i.e. 2030.

  • So this is the question I ment to bring up in my original post....
  • When Almonty increases their production to maximum capacity, it will more than meet the 3000t per year, that was initially requested.
  • Also, it was in Almonty's original rollout plan to go to maximum capacity before 2030.
  • Then why is there a rush to go to maximum capacity as soon as possible, with the issuance of a LOI to KfW for an additional $70M in funding?  It would also imply the inital ask of 3000t p.a. wouldn't be sufficient output for the semiconductor expansion by 2030.
