Its operating facilities are located in Elma and Franklinville, New York. The Company’s products are marketed and sold throughout the United States and in selected foreign markets.

Only if u think I'm financing via shares.
- Debt = no dilution
- JV depending on how it's structured could be no dilution
- Royalty on its own = no dilution
- Buy-in based in exploration dollars spent = no dilution and likely upfront payment to moon

there are options.
