RE:RE:Tim Clark - $60m silver bulletHecla would only need the shares it has, Fury's and get Eric Sprott's shares onside, and they would have over 50% of the shares locked up if they wanted to launch a bid in a year's time.
Fury will definitely control the vertical on that I would think ... the question is "at what price" would Fury exit to a Hecla or other ? A good problem to have.
Hecla has show its interest in continuing to maintain its 10% stake ... which effectively funded DV's $5m cash acquisition price to Fury. Nice !
Hecla is up about 30% in the last month ... which is also a good sign ... keep it rolling ! The stronger Hecla is, the better for all as well.
It is definitely nice to have this in the background as a funding vehicle ... one never knows, with a little upward tick in the silver markets, this could be very valuable in a year's time.
