Part of the Swift system is still functioning for Russia, so that they can still get paid for energy. That may change at any time.

Too bad the pricing isn't in rubles.

You can let all the oil flow through a pipe as long as you want, you actually think anyone is sending Russia money for it? When Putin sees he is sending free oil down the pipe, he will shut it down. This is why the US does not not need to shut it down, Russia will do it themselves when not getting paid.
