RE:RE:Private Placement

RE:RE:Private Placement Sorry that didnt answer your comment too on the warrants, usually (In my experience) warrants/private placements are to serve long-term & large/institutional investors. If I wanted to buy $500K or $1M of the stock right now (Which is a small amount if I wanted this to be 1% of my portfolio if i'm a fund) it would radically pump the share price because there isnt enough trading volume to support a trade like that. Ideally they sell these warrants or placements with the idea that in the future (Speculative) the share price will go far past that strike price. So even though $1.45 strike seems high in the short-term based on current price, it's a tactic to support their share price. At that price too I would assume those warrants are only recent? I can beat early private investors had conversions of 10cents...25 cents....1 dollar. But again I have no skin in the game yet. Once you see the other side of private equity you learn to wait vs trying to be early to a rally. I'd rather wait until company is sound and get a 80% gain, vs try to capture a 500% being early or have everything fold.
