Thanks for your help. I voted for the arrangement and called CIBC to retain all my shares if enough of us are long term like me. Super happy for Wheels. He has been patient for decades so no hard feelings if he wants to run with enough money to buy a couple of new EVs. I'm hoping those of us who stay will be able to buy a dozen in the next few years.
