RE:RE:RE:Over 60% prefer meatless, growing at over 20% annualWhat is happening, and for some time now, heard farmers are eliminating the middle man.  Consumers are buying direct from farmers.  Some have a coop butcher facilaty.  
this trend will continue for those with these contacts. With huge inflation upon us many more will search to buy direct.
