Tilray is going to take over

Tilray is going to take over the Ukraine, oops, I meant HEXO because they are luckier, smarter and had a better finger on the pulse of the greenrush.

Finally in Canada Tilray is showing some good things and there is no doubt that they have the US in the crosshairs and beverages are going to be a big part of their plan as they seem to be emulating Constellation Brands success as an alcohol beverage player with a twinkle in their eye for being a cannabinoid beverage player when we get the "triggering event" ok from the US Feds that will officially launch the US greenrush, as long as it is done with a little thought along the line of acceptance that didn't happen in Canada.

US politicians have the right ideas spread over several tabled bills and it seems as though most presenters are in favour but the goofy old Senators just won't let it happen despite the voter's objections.  They have an opportunity to combine all of the progressive good points for rec legalization for adults and to do it in a way to simplify and make it blanket legislation such that InterState commerce happens freely.

Amazingly, US MSOs are on the job, working the existing legislation to build successful, proud good corporate businesses in the cannabinoid field by navigating what exists and moving in where allowed, while non US companies are reluctant to barge right in and set their flags, instead choosing to buy controlling shares in good prospective US MSOs or companies of interest.

Tilray bought Sweetwater Brewing and an alcohol distiller while Canopy Growth/Constellation Brands inked a deal with Acreage Holdings and are affiliated with Gage and Terrascend and some other entitites.

All of this is hinging on US decriminalization happening or until they feel safe enough to do business in the US by relying on State Law protection, like the US MSOs are doing.

Of course the cold war and covid are going to continue to delay progress for all of the cannabinoid players especially as far as getting the necessary political work accomplished.

Hell, if Putin is as far gone as I think he is and takes this to the nuclear level, you might want to put your money into Bezos, Musk or other space ship guys in the hopes that you can catch a ride to another viable planet.  Maybe Mars!
