Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. is a Canadian energy company involved in the development and production of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids in Alberta's deep basin. The Alberta Deep Basin is a geologic setting situated on the northeastern front of the Rocky Mountain belt in the deepest part of the Alberta sedimentary basin. The acquisition includes five operated natural gas plants with combined net natural gas processing capacity of around 400 million cubic feet per day, 2,200 kilometers (km) of operated pipelines, and a 12 MW cogeneration power plant. These assets include Edson Gas Plant and the Central Foothills Gas Gathering System. The Company has a total proved plus probable reserves of approximately 7.8 trillion cubic feet equivalent (1.3 billion barrels of oil equivalent).

RE:Peyto's goal in 2022; full cycle netback $3.10/mcfe

RE:Peyto's goal in 2022; full cycle netback $3.10/mcfeWe could be in for a positive surprise coming the next financial PR.

But Yasch, you are always a little optimistic concerning debt repayment unless you expect AECO price to remain high all summer. You might also have a better reading of all these basis and forward sales hedges impact on the analysis. My vision is quite blurr when I go through the Marketing table in the presentation.

$200m might be a more realistic achievable goal if Peyto BOD really mean they want to reduce the balance sheet leverage. Their track record is quite bad on this issue.

One thing for sure, Natural gas will be in demand for several years and the price will be supported by all this LNG export to Europe.

It is sad for the whole canadian natural gas industry that the Coastal Gas link and the Kitimat facility wont be ready before 2024.
