JV or buyout coming Bacchus Capital Advisors

In reviewing the Bacchus press release on Bacchus website, it states TVC has retained the Capital Advisors side of the house, not Capital Markets which does rights offerings or private placements.   Capital Advisors does the JV and M&A stuff.    Heck I'd go back to Vale and see if they want back in.
