Maybe Just Me!But the company has gone no where in the what 11 years Matt has been in charge and my take from an earlier interview is that he love the job and be happy to drag it out for another 11 years!  You may be correct in saying he has no control as decisions are made elsewhere.  If that is true then hire someone for 1/3 the cost to run the company.  

One day these guys have to sht or get off the pot!
