Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

I am getting Older ! And I admit I am confused !I have been reviwing the dates of all Theralase News Letters since the viel of silenced was imposed by this comapies Mgt. They call it a quarterly news letter ??? But what is a quarter for this Mgt group. I am not math expert however One can clearly see that the release dates are by no means quarterly. They have been released 2 , 3 and 4 months apart ? So we are noe into the 4 month waiting timeframe , I am not sure when it will get released hoever most releases have been either start or end of month except for 2 released mid month. I would not expect that we go into next month ( 5 months between quarters.  Bottom line for me is this is not a quarterly report as idenifed by company . I expect we will see somthing in the next week 2 at the latest IMHO.
