Until that day happens everything is irrelevant.
You cannot run a company merely based on your personal success via backdoor deals that are not in shareholders best interest, only your own.
Again, if they want to operate a private enterprise and line their pockets, have at it.
But they are not and should be ashamed of how they utilize investors money.
The stock price shows exactly what I am referring too.
They have a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders first and foremost, not themselves.
