Not going to 2022 Bloom Burton investment conference?

Not going to 2022 Bloom Burton investment conference? It's worth noting that Acerus is not among the list of 40 or 50 companies presenting this year at the largest and best-established pharma investors meeting in Canada.

Considering that Ed puts out press releases whenever he visits the H.C. Wainwright get-together and comes home empty-handed, and also considering that Acerus has been a fixture at Bloom Burton for the past 10 or so years, this seems very odd indeed.

But perhaps not.

The previous conferences have involved Ed, or his predecessor Tommy Boy, standing in front of a group of prospective investors and trying to look confident while Ian nervously wrings his hands at the back of the room. The conference planners must know that no one wants to hear the same hollow promises again from the same discredited managers -- and Ed must suspect that this crowd of his former friends really doesn't want to hang out with him any more. That's the thing about failure. It's uncomfortable for everyone.
