So, less than 6k shares was everyone else.

Whatever, whoever, it is one person selling today for whatever reason (might not even have to have anything to do with the company and their thoughts on it, if it's a Russian oligarch perhaps they are getting a margin call and have to indiscriiminantly sell anything they can ;)
You can think what you want but the trading evidence is undeniable, 96% of today's trading was from a single seller.
