RE:RE:RE:HELLOOO??Fully agree.  Also forgotten about is their tech potential for upgrading WCS to premium synthethetic at much lower cost. Not only does this save money processing but also frees up pipeline space because diluent is not needed for pipline transport with premium blends unlike WCS.
