Gents and LadiesAbsolutely fascinating in these trouble times the hedge funds and the Goldmans have created a grey mkt for Russian bonds an equities basically issuing proxy papers between them and let's say a US pension funds that wants to unload its Russian holdings. So what you you have right now are dozens of lawyers running around NYC to get these papers signed. And you guess it Goldman is probably offering .05cents on the dollar.. yup the rich get richer
