I think for legal purposes they have to word their statements like that. When they are saying they are negotiating something they can't word things as if they were trying to promote a positive outcome when it hasn't happened yet. All the SEDAR documents use that kind of language.

The Horgen group under Stavros were not able to make things happen which is disapointing for me for all the years I have held this stock.Too bad potash prices were so low for a lot of those years. Now potash prices are excellent ! Still believe there is a great opportunity here. I believe Frank Guistra with his expertise , experience, money and connections has the ability to make things happen and hopefully this might be the direction they may be going.

I remain hopeful.....
