RE:Hmmm..

RE:Hmmm..Not sure what's going on. I'm going to throw in a bunch of numbers and dates as I think this through.

Since Jan 27th, Scotia bought 230,000 shares. (8 to 11 cents). If it's the same buyer then they purchased at 20 cents way back in January 2021.

The shareholder using this broker has accumulated  2-3 million shares since Sept 2020. I don't see any unwinding of stock, block trades, etc.

-----------------------

On another point:

Interesting buy/sell combo. Scotia buys, TD sells. These were the only two with sizeable bid/asks.

Today we had BMO selling 80K. But that's an infrequent seller. Probably spooked by TD's ask price/volume. Also noted, TD doesn't chase the bid price, but hovers above.

I'm tempted to guess they could be market makers, especially when Oceanic is on the NEX Board.

Unusual to buy at 8 cents and a few hours later, someone sells at 5. Ask price remains at 9 cents.

-----------------------

A dip occurred in August 2019 and March 2020. To be followed by a strong uptick.

Maybe a tentative EPA was negotiated, or at least an expression of interest obtained.

I have thrown in enough nuggets, to warrant watching the stock closely.
