I believe you have missed some important info in making that uniformed, callous remark.

* revenue from the clinics allowed Empower to more easily diversify
* no one could have known the abrupt turn governments would take ...an advantage was lost
* by deciding to sell the assets, revenues were moved to a different part of the ledger (accounting)
* as a consequence of state and federal regulatory changes the business was no longer viable

For all of the above it was time to move on. The most important step moving forward was getting this business, now an anchor, off the books.

Mission accomplished!!!
