RE:RE:Lots more air to come out of the balloonReal estate isn't any different. Rates and prices have an inverse relationship and rates are about to go up. The only differerence is the speed of a correction, real estate is much slower.
Last year's 20% increase is not sustainable. This year will push the last FOMO buyers over the fence creating record markets. But for many thinking "real estate never goes down", negative equity is coming.
