That was a lot of information.. I think the evidence is pointing towards a continued decline in pecfically red meat which peaked in 2020. And it's not geographic specific, evidence is that this is a worldwide movement. I have nothing against meat, I consume less meat, however I do consume meat. It would seem newer generations and people under 40 are leaning towards meat alternitives.
