Cohort 1 has the lowest concentration of the drug
Cohort 2 dose is increased
Cohort 3 dose is again increased
Cohort 4 dose is again increased
Cohort 5 dose is again increased and is the highest dose the volunteers will get

The science commity wanted an extra cohort build in so the increase in dosage is more steady than when done in 4 cohorts
