Don't know where you got the date (not saying you are wrong), but for sure american. He used ticker for the OTC markets in US. Chart that he pulled up though didn't seem to show any of the downswing that has been going on for weeks now ( mid FEB). I caught that too, about saying that a reverse split was possible, although I thought she was talking about AFTER already being on the Nasdaq, but I would have to relisten. Regardless, I was not happy to hear about it all . Not a big fan of reverse splits. If they ever actually do what they say they are going to do, the price would go up all by itself without requiring it. Of course, history tells us that it is a big IF.
