Says Joe :"Now Vladamir, you stop this war now you hear, but if you want to continue with it, we're happy to help fund it."
Biden's inaction on banning Russian oil has made it blatantly obvious that keeping the price at the pumps in America low, is of much more importance thhan the lives of Ukranians.
