RE:Upside breakout

RE:Upside breakoutBeluga2020,

Greg Schnell, Canadian market technician over at stockcharts.com wrote the following on a recent article.

"Three charts that are on my must watch list are the charts of Copper, Oil and Gold. Notice the similarities of the Copper pattern so far to the historical pattern in 2005. The prior weekly closing high in 2011 was $4.58. In 2021, we tried to break and hold above that level but retreated. This week, another sudden surge looks ready to smelt some copper at an all-time high. The previous pattern saw copper triple as it broke out and surged for a year. If that happens again, Copper would be $14. My suggestion is that even $7 would be a remarkable surge. Stay tuned, as we are literally right there right now."

I think that copper closed a few pennies shy of $5 USD per pound on Friday. At $5 USD copper and the current gold price of $1950 USD, my model of Orovalle projects $4.3 million USD in profit and EPS of 3.2 cents per share.

If copper were to increase to $7 USD per pound,  with no change in the current gold price, then Orvana would make $10.5 million USD in profit and earn 7.7 cents per share.

If gold were to go to $2500 USD per ounce with that same copper price, add 5 cents per share to that quarterly profit estimate.

All that is with the same production level as last calendar quarter.
