This buying oil from the maniac Putin puts Biden between a rock and a hard place.
As the $230,000,000 is roughly 2.7 million barrels, or about 74000 barrels per day give-or take,
Keyston cerainly could stop the necessity of buying Russian oil, if Putin won't vapourizes us first.
