The Blawn Project comprises 23.5 sections of land owned by the State of Utah, acting by and through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and covers approximately 15,404 acres (6,233 hectares) of land located in Beaver County, Utah.

Soaring price of Alumina.....

Might be putting added incentive to get this deal moving.....finally. Potash and alumina -whatever the end goal may be have moved in favor of a deal getting done adding a lot of value to the acquiring party.
