This technology doesn't produce steam....they are essesntially electrifying or microwaving the pay zone and heating the natural water within which in turn mobilizes the oil for production.

They will soon "flick a switch" to begin hearing the reservoir and monitor heat production.

Don't see the flick of the switch being tied to the financing. It will be tied to when they are technically ready and everything has been triple checked...
