The Company is in the process of building a portfolio of royalty-based cash flow streams by partnering with clean technology innovators in the commodity space. It is focused on providing solutions to the mining sector of Canada's oil sands industry. Forgot to mentionI wouldn't recommend selling the day before an AGM with a renewed TIC board and renewed investor confidence. Looks like the 107,000 shares traded today are rolling the dice. I'd be shocked if there was anything but positive news tm. Nothing that would indicate an immediate sell. Best of luck. Bubbs.
