Being a native of Peru I feel the pain expressed by most of you regarding the appalling lack of communication skills, particularly of Paulo. Paulo should not be present in any of these interviews. He is a master of answering a question that was not asked! This results in frustration for both the audience and interviewer and has the effect of muddling the topic of discussion. Paulo does not bring anything to the table to this type of interviews and it is evident from Arias gesturing that he is also uncomfortable with Paulo responding.
Arias is a very smart and savvy financier but evidently is not good at picking good communicators for his team.
On top of that, they were ill prepared. A good presentation requires a good graphic or chart that better explains the relationship between the 2 companies. This would save us from Paulo speaking.. And please reserve a room with better acoustics next time.
