RE:What amazes meIf you want to understand why the US dollar is strong right now it's partially a flight to safety and also demand for USD from countries who has debt denominated in USD. It's a function of USD still being the reserve currency. (For now) It's all good for Suncor who operates in $CAD. They are probably getting around $150 CAD for their SCO which most likely a record price by far. Suncor has less shares out, is producing way more oil in a way more efficient way than at any time. They have totally digested the take over of Canadian Oil Sands. Plus they have a 30 year non depleting resource in a place where there is literally a unlimited supply of oil sands in the communist Republic of Canadastan. (Sarc) It just all good. We just have wait for the market to figure out that in today's world SU is worth $100 CAD.
