Elevation Gold Mining Corporation is a Canada-based gold and silver producer. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of mineral properties located in the United States. The Company’s principal operation is the 100% owned Moss Mine in the Mohave County of Arizona. The Moss Gold Mine has a land position in the Oatman District, which covers approximately 165 square kilometers. The Moss Mine is mining the Moss vein system, which consists of fault-hosted epithermal quartz-calcite veins with associated vein stockwork that are younger than and cut across the Moss quartz monzonite porphyry host rock in the vicinity of the mine. The Moss mine extracts gold and silver from ore via heap leaching.

RE:RE:RE:Massive massive dilutuionIn the last 12 months while gold has risen 33% the management team here has driven the stock price down 80%.  this can be described in no other terms than a "total failure". If warrants are 
exercised we are looking at something like a 60% increase in shares, shares sold at the very bottom while gold is at $2000.  this team has completely failed to keep shareholders abreast of what their plans are and how they are progressing towards accomplishing (or in our case NOT ACCOMPLISHING) their plans. Again I fault myself for not exiting my entire position months ago.
I got too hung up on a low market cap for a company with production and seemingly a lot of upside as regards increasing reserves. Oh well, can't win them all , but a major A** whipping never feels good. Caryy on!
