RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The week that was...Hello Lire02.
Just a thought you say. LOL!
Some time ago, I hinted that I would be quite delighted to learn that Mr. Soroush Nazarpour could have sent the proprietary battery cells produced by NanoXplore out to Jeff Dahn's lab at Dalhousie University for performance testing and validation.
It would have been quite the validation to have had Jeff Dahn's lab at Dalhousie University test and validate NanoXplore's VoltaXplore graphene composite battery cells; and to have Jeff Dahn himself initiate the phone call of all phone calls, so to speak.
I know that both LG Global Battery Manufacturing Group and especially Samsung have both been quite interested in graphene composite battery materials technologies and graphene enhanced battery cell chemistries.
Just the fact that NanoXplore's VoltaXplore enterprise is currently capable of producing such battery cells at a initial One Megawatt-hour manufacturing facility is reason enough for Professor Jeff Dahn to be more than interested in what NanoXplore's VoltaXplore enterprise has already accompplished.
“I am delighted we joined a small group of companies in North America that are producing Li-ion batteries,” said Soroush Nazarpour, President & CEO of VoltaXplore and NanoXplore. “Our focus is to integrate the supply chain of batteries in North America, which is of great interest to customers of batteries. Now that the facility is commissioned on-time and on-budget with satisfactory battery performance results, we are moving forward on optimizing our battery design for the electric vehicle market through testing with customers.”
