Financials are lateWouldnt be surprised if they are being forced to write down some of the "management recognized revenues" that play absolutely no part in any accounting practice accepted by the exchanges. Then there is the goodwill and other intangebles that have been on the books for an absolute age.
The Sotech thing needs to be written off too as the other side of the business that doesn't fall under PAT's share is also lost at sea.
Added onto this a whole host of prospective sales that will likely be shown to be another round of tire kickers and wishful thinking , that should do the trick for the shorters, but also for PAT to possibly raise cash at a cheap price. Those who bought last week are likely going to feel this hard.
