Now is a great time for a share buy back program

I would love to see QIPT I initiate a NCIB program. 5% of the float at these prices would not break the bank, for example. VMD just announced a revival of their program along with latest results which were a surprise beat. I hope the shorters out there are getting ready to cover their positions.
