Okay...Understood.

But not happy that Management knows reults,
A couple thousand K&K employees probably know results, just based on word of mouth, from someone close to the results,
And if IVN is negotiating with someone, that party knows results.

Everyone knowns except for the shareholders.

Not happy, but it's not an ice-pick in the heart,
Especially giiven how well the stock has done over the past 5 years , eh
