Hey Dan, happy to help out and keep the board alive.  First of all, congratulations to those who managed to sell into the wave and recover a bit of their losses.  If good news does come out this week, then it will be a clear case of insider trading.  However given the state of the company, its non-assets and the track record of its non-management, the chances of it being the 'real deal' are very remote.  My guess is that some investors took a flash decision to throw money into any company related to fertilizer, and didn't take time to find out whether they are real or not.
