At this hour, SNC has traded over 800k shares versus a daily average of 511k. While the volume does not suggest institutional buying, and that SNC has been weak recently and is recovering, I think it does suggest a corporate event may be coming up. Is it a contract win? Is it a potential merger or buyout? I don't know, but for SNC the market activity looks unusual to me. We shall see.
