RE:VIBE Dead in the WaterIf safe passes they will have a chance to get out and make some money if not there going back to 3 to 5 cents a share which is what it is worth.Listen between the black market the home grows and the municipal state and federal taxes on Cannabis it is impossible for this company to survive in California they are definitely losing big money.
