RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Pre-Clinical only!I read the three abstracts. They pushed the scope of what was already established by using human cancer stem cells in xenograft model on nude mice. Nude mice are mice without a fonctionnal immune system. They also tested TH1902 on mice with a fonctional immune system, by grafting (allograft) them murine cancer cells (mice cancer cells). They saw that docetaxel alone was more efficacious on those murine cancer cells, but TH1902 even more. So they just expanded the scope of experiments on animal models. That is all well, but obviously, we are interested by the proof of concept on humans. The big question remains.
