Positive news out on JBP Fault ZoneWell my first impression is anytime you can hit an ounce of gold per ton over 6 feet in a few holes is very encouraging. Not nearly as good as the Appleton Fault zone however the initial drill results on the Lotto Zone about 18 months ago were very similar and look what that has become. Still early days over on the JBPFZ and they only have the one drill over there. I think with more drilling they can find a substantial high grade gold zone over there. Looks like they haven't drilled very deep and basically it has just been a first pass of drilling along the 12 km of the fault on Queensway North.
I won't lie, I was hoping for better but I am still very encouraged by what I'm seeing. Myself and the Rock Doctor like some areas in between the two major faults with minor parallel faults and cross cutting fractures which could have allowed the gold bearing fluids to have come up through from the Appleton Fault. So much prospective ground that it makes it difficult to focus on one particular area. Lots of progress being made out there for sure.
