RE:Whats the story here?

RE:Whats the story here?

They don't need much to move the price higher.   Any bit of oil in the next well is gonna drive the cash flow higher.  The next well should be done soon I assume ( it doesn't take forever to drill and complete a small vertical well ) I work in oil and gas , I know a bit about that.

Right now , they are pulling 400 barrels a day x 100$  = 40k a day.   It's more than that but I use those numbers for simple math and I always lowball everything when it comes to investing.

So if they make roughly a million bucks a month , x12 = 12M$ a year.  Divide that by the outstanding shares , gives you the earnings per share, or 0.15$ To 0.20$ Of earnings per share (EPS)

A decent valuation is 10x EPS.  So to me , it's worth 1.50$ to 2.00$ a share at current production levels.  So to me , these shares at 50 cents are cheap.

The thing is , they have one more well on the go to potentially increase oil production and revenues , and if I'm not mistaken, they have one more well planned already (but not announced ) I read somewhere they had the cash for 3 wells.

If they have any kind of succes in any of the future wells , revenues should go up , increasing EPS and derisking the operations significantly.  As far as I know , they don't have debts , so basically pulling 40k a day for future business developments and to fund existing operations ( wages , office , expenses etc)  I think it's a lot and they can already thrive without any new succes.

To me , a number guy , the numbers are adding up nicely and that's why I'm in.

Good luck to all.
