Hope Goodfellow gets bought out by SJThe Company plans to pursue acquisitions that further support growth in its infrastructure-related products categories. It also plans to evaluate growth opportunities in adjacent businesses where it can leverage its core knowledge and key attributes to generate continued strong cash flow. For strategic acquisitions, the Company anticipates increasing its leverage to finance such opportunities. As per its capital allocation strategy, the Company targets a leverage ratio of 2.0x-2.5x and may temporarily deviate and exceed its target to pursue acquisitions.
