Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). I doubt that Joe 6 pack ever hears about Spectral.

BTW I was a bit misleading in the daily volume figure yesterday - if you actually go back to the "The trial is delivering better than expected results" disclosure, the AMERICAN FDA confirmatory P3 trial that is, dollar volume of EDTXF is closer to $63.00 daily.

Is 63 bucks daily enough to provide TA?

it would be half that or less without US IR in place now for over a year.
