You do know that there are rules pending for buying for management . If there are milestones , management might be restricted for a blackout period . Management cannot own more than 20% exchange has conditions . It is easy to criticize, we simply don't have enough info .

Speculation . Until there is concrete news I doubt you get your 15 cents .

If it does hit 50 cents , you should unload your position.
