CFO - sources say he left because he was headhunted and given an unrejectable offer. With his crypto and M&A background, he was the right guy and they probably threw a black cheque at him over at wonderfi
CEO - replaced because QH was way ahead of schedule on their acqisitions, needs to now focus on operational ITS along with M&A. 

Audit - EY would absolutely NEVER allow such a statement if it weren't ABSOLUTELY TRUE. 

That's the explanation, your speculation is pure BS. Here's my speculation...you're very short on the stock.
