there has been zero information posted by veeegeee that john rim was fired
john rim's 2020 salary was $69,154 for 3 months = ~$276.6K/year. that's not to be sneezed at but hardly a fat salary for a CFO
john rim had 700K options @ $2.60 that were not in the money upon his departure
given the performance of QTRH in 2021, it is unlikely that significant performance based awards would have been earned by john rim
there's no mention of john rim's qtrh experience in the news release from wonderfi
wonderfi is in john rim's experience wheelhouse
